a peek into my morning yoga routine (not in any particular order):
trikonasana/ triangle pose
rajakapotasana/ king pigeon pose
adho muka svasana/ downward dog pose
bakasana/ crow pose
vrksasana/ tree pose
more tree pose
even more tree pose
natarajasana/ dancer's pose
prasarita padottanasana/ wide legged forward bend
*please don't judge me for poor posture. our mattress can be likened to sleeping on a board, or the floor, or something similar. some days, even standing up and reaching for the ceiling is a challenge. i don't pretend to be nearly as awesome as miss grapes.
and, completely unrelated, why didn't anyone ever tell me how great kermit arms are before??? (YAYYYYYYYY!)

miss grapes! i need a guru here. care to visit and teach me a thing or two? :)
I love yoga! Your post makes me want to take a few moments (here in my office) and relax in child's pose for a few minutes!
@ rod and alex- do it! you won't regret it. :) i live and work in india now, so it's probably a little more acceptable to drop into side plank here than somewhere else, but you know- i'm all for it.
