alpine slide: CHECK!
i'm afraid of heights. chairlifts are high off the ground.
yes, the picture below, of the sled track, is recycled. i didn't bring my camera this time and the above pictures are ramy's.
this video is from when we took our iraqi family sliding, but i wanted to post it anyway because it's awesome. right up until the kid in the wooden tower told me to turn off my camera.

I've not done the alpine slide since I was a kid. You've inspired me to go again.

matthew- you should totally do it. we're addicts. especially when we get stuck behind someone SUPER slow (like in this video) because then we don't get to 'put the pedal to the metal' (... hand brake to the concrete?) and get our adrenaline fix. :) i have "alpine action" on speed dial to check if they're open!
